I always buy extended warranty for my TV because you never know when something can happen within that two years.

Best Buy warranties are solid and a great value for the price.

Best Buy is batting 0-1 with me. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a TV repair at my house. I took the day off work with no compensation for the appointment. So today, 13, June 2025 on the day of my appointment, Best Buy canceled my appointment without explanation and wants to reschedule. Absolutely terrible experience. Because my TV is larger than 42” I cannot take it to the store. For geek squad to look at. Again, absolutely terrible experience and customer service with Best Buy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be talking with family and friends about this, and I’m 100% they will never shop at Best Buy again either.

Always invest in the warranties when purchasing electronics.

Great Tv. Only con I have is you have to wait 5+ minutes for the tv to startup the apps such as Netflix and Youtube.
