Broken tv in arrival. Had to help them lift the tv up

Having a hard time finding a replacement for my Sony Bravia without having to pay a price difference since my model is no longer available.

Nothing is wrong with the product so I have not used the protection plan. Can’t comment if it is good or bad.

the gentleman that came out is good and trying but the rest of the experience i am having with the geek squad is useless cant call the store have to try to talk to someone in guetamula who does nothing but read from a computer screen. next time i will save money and buy from amazon.

I always get protection on large purchases but not sure if its worth the extra money. From my experiences appliances usually go bad after warranty is up.

I’m partial to Insigna I bought this as a replacement for my daughter who likes Toshiba plus it was on sale

Please read the fine print. It may not cover everything when you need them.

Sadly, we have not been pleased with Best Buy service in recent years.

I don't normally get the extended warranty, but the unknown provenance of the TV brand makes me a bit anxious.

The geek squad support isn't very necessary for a product like this. I got one on a laptop and he honestly told me to buy another laptop for the price to fix it.

I haven't had to use this yet, but hopefully don't have to. I have had to use these for other products and was disappointed. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.

They should offer accidental protection in my opinion. And we as customers should still receive our plans details, individually. I mean we're literally entering a contract that we have to read through adverts to get to know some of the information.

Don't count on 5-years worth of protection. The coverage is only extended until you have reached the purchase amount of the device, which includes minor diagnostic tech support (online or in-person). Highly recommended DO NOT use unless you have to in order to not exceed the protection limits.

If you buy a 2 year geek squad #Warranty for your TV the two years starts the day of purchase, the coverage doesn’t start until after the 1 year manufacture warranty ends, that means you’re actually only getting one year coverage not 2, the 1 year after the manufacture warranty ends. Rip off!

I purchased 2 yr warranty. I haven't used it yet. Can't think of anything else to say. H Oi ve me a break.

Haven't needed them for a house call yet but when I was "in a state of mind" they walked me through the steps, OVER THE PHONE! So far, so good!

I didn’t need to use the Geek squad protection, but it was probably good to purchase in case something were to go wrong with my new television.
