Got this as a deal and saved some money. ITs pretty cool i guess i migjht use it later

Haven't needed it yet but better safe than sorry i guess.

The internet doesn’t work correctly, called geek squad they bounced me around and never got an answer.

Have had trouble scheduling appt for the squad to come by and open boxes and set up updated equipment--still listening with the tv speakers!

Better safe than sorry. Electronics are expensive to repair. Though I have not had to use any protection plans the cost is small for the peace of mind.

The sales person could have been more friendly. Was told by sales this was android TV and it is not

Always good to protect your purchases with this because the factory warranties always are a hassle

Tv kept blinking, exchanged for a new one and it still blinks.

The geek squad doesn't always have the right information or tools to do the job correctly.

Paid 120 bucks for a 2 year warranty when I called they said that they could work on it bc the screen had been damaged like what am I paying for

The rep signed me up for the wrong service, I wanted installation by the Geek Guys & I had to keep calling until I got the protection plan cancelled & got the installation plan. The guy came out, finally & he started putting it together & then he left, the TV partially out of the box, stuff everywhere & he left. Said his boss would take dare of it; nothing, nobody, be great to get installation of the TV I bought for that very reason. thank you, c

Have a broken tv screen my 2 year old hit with a broom. Now they are saying they don’t cover accidents. But when the WiFi stopped working on the last one they replaced it.

Never fully had the chance to use them but when I asked questions they were as helpful as they could be.

Having no idea sometimes what was going on with the tv had to wait to hear back from a different company.

Useless except the one thing i needed it for. Between kids and pets something is bound to hit the screen and of course thats not even an option with payment.

Picture and color are good but operating system is very slow

Decided to purchase w/ our new TV as insurance. Haven't had to use it yet - hope we don't have to.

Don’t let the geeks name fool you. They are the con squad. They will lie and tell you you didn’t pay for them. Until your feeding the recipt down their throat and they all don’t eat because they take a copious amount of amphetamines Ned they are nuts
