Best service ever They come on time and fast service

Last time i had a tv n had to us manufacturers qarranty it took almost 2 years to get my tv back. Then it just showed up one day when i no longer meeded it. Best buy warranty is great they just replace it

I purchased this with my new 4K TV, but I haven't had to contact them yet. I have faith they will be there to assist if I need it. Best Buy has been consistent for me in providing assistance when needed.

I've used the Geek Squad Protection in the past. This has always been 100% hassle free making claims. Instead of repair the unit it is full unit replacement or putting the price you paid to another unit.

For an HDTV and/or laptop, It's cheaper to just get this so you can replace it if it dies on your for practically ANY reason than pay to get it repaired over-and-over again or buy a brand new one...

This TV is amazing. The VIDAA OS is smooth, fast and intuitive. It's got tons of content. Give it a try!

Got a reduced price for this two year protection plan. With so many recalls on products these days, not having protection is silly. Made a visit to BestBuy and stopped by the Geek Squad team, they did a great job explaining how the plan I purchased works, brought me up to speed.

I had to have a replacement hard drive put on my computer and they were able to get it done and finished within 48 hours. It was a great turn around in regards to getting it back and the work done.

Very good clear quality tv. Worth the money. Nought for my granddaughter. Had it mounted, and it looks good on her toom.

We always purchase a Geek Squad protection for items purchased. When we have had to use the protection it was smooth.

I have a five year warranty on my tv and the technician that came out said I broke my tv by squeezing the screen and when I explained it was the Geek Squad that installed it I couldn’t of broken the screen he didn’t want to hear anything I said and left without replacing my television that messed up while I was watching it nothing hit the screen there is no cracks on the screen but it’s my fault andi am screwed out of my warranty.
