We depend on the Geek Squad to help us when we have issues we cannot resolve on our own. Having the Service gives us peace of mind and the squad members are always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and available.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

As a former employee and someone who still shops at best buy a lot getting the protection plan is a no brainer for TVs and anything that has the "accidental handling" plan.

This was well worth the price... we had a lightning strike, a few months after we purchased the TV and they ordered and replaced the Mainboard within two weeks. Works great now.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

This is a must for almost every large purchase. They called me to ask if they could deliver early, which is the best. Thank you!

Didn't buy the extra warranty on our last 75 inch television and it blew out after only 6 months of average use (on about 2-3 hrs a day, most days). So this time, we're prepared.

Always get the protection!!!! Even when you think you don’t need it I promise you that you will. If you get a horrible power surge and your TV goes out Geek Squad will be able to fix it or replace it so you don’t have to spend a thousand on a new one!

There’s no other warranty that i put faith in as Bestbuy puts out quality . I’ve had there warranties on all my Tvs, Appliances, Refrigerator and the way all things are made can’t trust , Nothing like USA made but will have 100% trust .
