The five year warranty seemed like a good choice when purchasing my first Insignia brand TV. I had previously always purchased a major national brad and wanted a bit of peace of mind. I have not yet needed the warranty after just a few months but that is all going.

The agents mounted my TV, it was done very efficiently and well placed. They were professional and answered all my questions. Even gave me a few suggestions, appreciate their time and tips.

The geek squad was called out our vacation camping area to diagnose and solve a problem that I was having getting my newly purchased television connected up in my Airstream trailer. The extended warranty is always a good idea especially when you are dealing with expensive electronics which is all of them, I always get the extended warranty and it has saved me several times, I've had many items that have stood the test of time but with any mass produced products there are always a few issues, most of them are fine but if I end up with a flawed iten the extended warranty means I don't need to worry.

Purchased the geek squad protection plan for my Lg OLED, the first TV I had got screen burn in and this plan replaced it with a Lg OLED 3 years newer with another extended warranty all included with no out of pocket expense. Best money spent ever. After 3 years to receive a better TV with another 5 year warranty. That’s what I call a no brainer!!!

This protection is a must and adds a sense of ease when purchasing items that may fail outside of manufactures warranty. Value for the money is also good.

I had Alex Snow , a Geek Squad member , to repair my Toshiba 43" 4K Chromecast tv , under manufacturer warranty. Alex was pleasant and extremely helpful. After ordering the part to repair my tv and scheduling a return visit , we found out 2 weeks later that the part was back ordered by 2 months. Alex was instrumental in getting me a replacement tv without any inconvenience. For this , I purchased the Geek Squad extended service plan and just wanted to say thank you again Snow , great service was appreciated.
