I don’t remember what this geek squad is for but it’s always good

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

Worth for peace of mind. You never know when a cat with knock down your new item.

Best warranty in the business. Glad I am able to use this if something happens to my appliance. Worth buying.

Perfect service to give peace of mind for purchases!

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

I love the tv. The picture it’s crisp and it was easy to setup.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

Well, I haven’t had the need to use the service as yet, but when I do I will be expecting to be satisfied.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

I always buy warranty on electronic. Doing so will give you peace in mind.

Hope we never have to use it. Normally I don't purchase a warranty. Have never owned a T. V. like this so I figured the warranty might be a good idea
