Haven't used it yet, but reading in the description of what it covers on TVs is great. Basically anything goes wrong in the time frame you buy. It'll be taken care of.

GEEK SQUAD SERVIE I have no used it yet but they have a great protection policy and for thew value its great, it was easy to sign up for when I bought my rv and I can pull up on my Best Buy app!!

I like knowing that I have piece of mind with a product that I spent a good amount of money on. The protection gives me the ability to be able to get it repaired or replaced.Should anything happen like with my last product.

I used my Geek Squad Protection Plan for my TV and the whole process was honestly smooth from start to finish. I went right through the Best Buy app, got product support, and was able to schedule an appointment in minutes. They sent multiple reminders, so I always knew what was happening. The technician called me with more than an hour’s notice the morning of the appointment. He arrived on time, was personable, and walked me through everything he was checking. Even though my TV wasn’t acting up during the visit, he explained that my model had known issues and told me what options might be available. Within the same business day, he let me know my claim was approved and gave me the replacement order number on the spot. He closed out the claim for me, and I’m getting a replacement TV without any hassle. For the price I paid for the protection plan, this was absolutely worth it. Easy to use, easy to access, and it actually delivers on what it promises.

Bought this to use on my Series S, manual settings on the console will allow this TV to run at 1440p and 60Hz, even though TV is listed as 1080p. No HDR and only 60Hz, CEC is nice but the 1440p was a surprise. Speakers are downward facing and if something is under the TV it will sound acceptable, when playing music the loudest I have gone is 15 and while gaming I usually keep it at 10 or 7, it goes to 100. With a wall mount attached the TV screen sits out 5" from the wall, bezel is about as wide as a BIC lighter (thinnest point of lighter). No smart functions, no ethernet or wifi, but you can update the firmware with a USB stick and menu settings if need be in the future.

I like protection like the 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection with purchases like tech as with tech things can go wrong and having a protection plan makes it so much easier to get your tv or computer repaired or replaced depending on the issue I'm having

Would not purchase a TV without the warranty. In the past fifteen years the warranties have saved us over $1500 on 3 TVs. Cost of the 5 year warranties about $300. No hassle in using the warranty.

Called them twice already, nothing major but they came out and were very helpful. I feel better in the long run that I have the protection. Normally I would not purchase but in this case I'm glad I did

Can trust them to fix or replace my tv within the 2 year subscription I have with my TV

I love this huge TV! The picture is excellent! The full-array local dimming on this TV outperforms my cheaper direct-lit 4K TV. Trust me, it makes a huge difference! Especially on newer movies with Dolby Vision, it is amazing! The pictures don't do this TV justice. Heck, even the demo in store doesn't do this TV justice! I did go over budget purchasing this TV, but even my wife is very happy with it. I think it's money well spent for the size and picture quality. Hope this helps

I’m glad that I got it, just gives you peace of mind, especially when you’re spending money on high dollar electronics to know that they are protected and have people that will come to your house and fix it or replace it in a very timely fashion.. would definitely recommend getting the protection

I’ve had devices suddenly stop working before, and instead of being stuck arguing with manufacturers, the process through Geek Squad was straightforward and helpful. I will only buy TVs from Best Buy these days because of this warranty. Best Buy geek squad was incredibly when I had an LG CX that had dead pixels after 3 years. When it could not be repaired, they replaced with the C3 at the time. I always recommend it on big purchases like TVs

BB has always had the best warranty for our items. Some store might be a few bucks cheaper for a TV or whatever, but have you tried to get something fixed or returned at Wally world ? Never a problem with the BB warranties, no hassles.
