I've purchased several items from Best Buy and purchased insurance for them, but I've haven't had the need of contacting Support for any issue.

A friend installed and mounted the tv. It working pretty good.

I didn’t even remember getting this but pretty cool they cover a lot of issues you ang have.

Works amazingly with returns and exchanges and its so easy to contact and set an appoitnment

Had this when I bought my laptop. Didn’t need the service but was good to have jus in case.

The price is right for their service. I can't imagine buying a $1500 to and not getting their service. Spend the money to not worry about anything!!

Great addition warranty for TV and has 5 years before warrant is over is great length for warranty.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection, if the Geeks can’t fix it they replace it.

Geek Squad helped me trouble shoot the Issues that I was having with my computer. The problem was resolved.

So far so good. Samsung 65 inch TV. Hardest thing was programming all of the additional channels in.

This warranty is a great value for the money. In home service if needed on the TV. Great piece of mind.
