Recently visited the Clovis location Best Buy look for the TV the lady was very helpful she explain to me why the TVs are different

I have had the Geek Squad plan for a long time and they are the best with computers and I feel sure also with TV'S. Worth the money.

Have not used them yet. My tv has not broken down yet, but if it did i know they would help me out.

I feel comfortable having this protection. You never know what may happen.

My product was replaced since they couldn’t fix the remote.

I have not had to use it for the television but I have used it for other products I have purchased and it was worth every penny.

Feel safer and more secure with the service plan. Rent an older house and lose power sometimes.

I haven't used this on my tv I purchased but used it for my laptop and geek squad is pretty reliable

Bought warranty to protect my tv purchase. Gives me peace of mind to know my purchase will be protected if something goes wrong.

I did not need to use it but it makes you feel protected when you make expensive purchase
