I took the 5 year protection because of the investment I made for this TV. Hopefully I won't need it but it's there if I do.

These Geek Guys are all pros and do A-1 work. Appointments made are kept as promised and the quality of the work is excellent.

The agents set up the TV and connected my cable box and explained how to use remote.

I am only two months into the five year, but I have had to make two calls to the Geek Squad and both times the agents were very friendly and helpful.

I did call geek squad for a warranty on one of my tvs. The fix the problem really quick.

I will never purchase anything without protection. We can't guarantee all items will work but geek squad are always very helpful.

I always get the extended warranty on large ticket items.

I recommend getting Geek Squad for any purchase! Definitely worth it
