BB is asking me to review something I've not needed to use yet. Yes, I purchased this for my TV but I can't give an informed review since I have no experience other than buying the plan which was painless and reasonable

Best Buy & geek squad always resolve any & all problems. Have never had any issue getting help with any situation I’ve had. Buy all my electronics here and will continue to do so.

It's a must buy when I purchase any TV. If anything goes wrong best buy will either fix the item or any issues associated with the TV. Insurance gives me peace of mind that I am covered for any cracks, TV damage, power source damage if TV will not start, anything really.. It saves me from worrying.

Several times in recent weeks when I purchased my merchandise I make sure I get the geek squad I've been with Best buy for over 13 years and geek squad does a excellent job when it comes down to taking care of customers merchandise so if you don't have that warranty make sure you get that warranty because geek squad will take care of you

WE discovered after unboxing the 75 inch television, that there was an internal flaw....the screen did not show! When I called, the gentleman said a replacement television would be sent out and the flawed one would be picked up....and it was within 3 days!!!

My computer got hacked I took to the geek squad they solve the problem now I have a peace of mind knowing they have my back

I always purchased Best Buy's GSP when I purchase large ticket items (e.g. TV, Computer, etc.) and they usually don't disappoint. Just make sure when you're purchasing a GSP that it doesn't run the same length of time as the manufacturer's warranty because it's pointless at that point. Other than that, replacing a defective unit is fairly easy.

TV's are so cheaply made these days, a warranty is almost required.

Absolutely required to get the warranty. Better be safe.

5 year protection plan was affordable and gives you a extra layer of assistance if something goes wrong with your purchase.

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

Scott has always been great to me. Their service is quick easy to communicate. I’m usually hesitant to buy it but with these types of items it’s worth it and they always pull through.

Within three months of my tv purchase, I had to use the Geek Squad service when I dropped the remote control in my coffee. Their help was immediate and I was able to get a replacement within a week. I always get this coverage whenever I make a purchase.

Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

This offer adds great peace of mind, i know anytime in 5 yeats if my new tv malfuntions for ANY reason the tv will be repaired or replaced for a one time fee at purchase. That is a huge weight off my mind!
