I really hate there is no voice control on this tv. I didn't notice that it didn't have it until I got it home. The remote buttons are Soooo tiny. Its all black and vey hard to use. It takes forever to get to the sleep timmer amd thats a feature I really like to use. I was laid up and couldn't go see this in person and no way to return it. The picture is good.

Always a good idea to get even if the minimum protection plan. You can always renew it later.

Great as t to have can get help 24/7 . Very good support.

Do not buy this service or at best buy, period. When you try to return your TV that had a display failure 30 days after purchase, they will send you home woth the non-functioning TV and tell you to call a 1800 # that is unable to schedule your "service" in the next 2 weeks. But you cant return it... good thing i paid for the exended warranty. You can only return a product to the store for 15 days after purchase. They would rather pay a Geek Squad to drive 1 hour plus roynd trip to try and repair a $250 tv rather than exchange it in store and send the tv(still under manufacturers warranty) to repair. Worst customer service I've had from any business in at least a decade. If i could give no starsor a negative star review I would.

Protected for five years for this great investment called a tv.

To protect an investment GS is the way to go and a must add to any best buy buy
