Less than 12 months in use and getting the 6 red lights blinking

I used this insurance once for an in-home repair and it works.

The first year if this warrenty does not include Geek Squad until the Mfg's warrenty is over. They don't tell you that in the store. The Mfg rep is very hard to get ahold of to get support and they won't come to your house, just come in thru the internet. That doesn't help if the problem is intermittent.

Warranty for tv is good. They will either repair it or replace it.

It's always a good idea to get a warranty. It has saved me many times.

I have not had to use it yet . The tv I purchased is only 5 months old.

only called once and they were very helpful. No other issues.

How long does it take to ship an item for repair in the same state?? I dropped off a tv on a Sat. and saw on Wed. that its still at the same location..the service center is approx. 60 miles from the store. I will updste this if i ever get it back...fixed that is. But 4 know the 5yr warranty is not worth it.

You can never go wrong when buying a protection plan for any electronic.
