Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

I recommend getting the geek squad plan, especially for those expensive purchases. The no hassle replacement is EVERYTHING. I have kids and they can look at something and it will break. Lol. Fortunately geek squad has always been there to rescue us. Thanks best buy and geek squad. Fast, friendly service that's worth every penny.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

The quality on the screen is impeccable and don’t get me started on the colors. truly worth every penny. it fits perfectly in any setting. If you want luxury and quality, this is it.

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

The Squad of Geeks at Best Buy have saved my butt more times than I can count - I am grateful to the protection that I have under them.

I got this coverage because we are moving to CT in June and I wanted to protect my new TV for the move. Turned out I needed it about a month after I bought the TV. Called the Geek Squad and they came right out. Ordered the part and had it shipped to my home. They were there 2 days later and installed the part and TV has worked great ever since.

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

Purchased a LG 4K smart tv from Best Buy and added the 5 year Geek Squad Protection to extend the manufacture warranty. Due to brown outs and other voltage irregularities, having this added protection provides peace of mind. A must add on at point of purchase from Best Buy.

I bought an open box TV and it had a small burn spot. I called the service and they came out and fixed it. Now I basically have a brand new TV. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful!
