Love my Geek Squad protection. I've already used it twice for my computer I previously purchased. I have no worries if something goes wrong, I just call them, they reassure me they can fix, I make an appointment and that's it. I've been very satisfied.

I love the tv. The picture it’s crisp and it was easy to setup.

I am not tech minded much at all, so when I encounter a issue or problem in the tech field, my go to people are the Geek Squad. They are fantastic and I'd be lost if I didn't have them to reach out too when I have difficulties or questions. Best investment I have every made.

Best warranty in the business. Glad I am able to use this if something happens to my appliance. Worth buying.

There is no other store that provides the same protection as Geek Squad. I get it on everything I buy! They make it so simple, and if I ever have a problem, I feel safe. I have had to replace 2 different items in the past year. With other stores, i feel like I am being interrogated. Not at Best Buy. Here's the problem, here's the replacement. Done!

Well, I haven’t had the need to use the service as yet, but when I do I will be expecting to be satisfied.

I came in broken, confrontational and having a melt down. The Geek Squad handled me with kid gloves and made the world right again. They calmed me down, explained what the steps were to rectify the problem and then took action to get it done. They didn't make me feel stupid or inept. Outstanding Customer Service!!!

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

I always buy warranty on electronic. Doing so will give you peace in mind.

Haven't had the need for this yet but 5 years is a long time. Seeing as how my LG CX had problems after 3 years, I'm hoping that my new LG C3 will perform better.

Love love love this tv!!! For the price, and quality, its really a steal!

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.
