Usually I will always add the geek squad warranty. It has paid off many times. Especially on my gaming keyboards and fitness watches.

Geek Squad arrived on time and did a great job wall mounting our TV

I bought an inexpensive smart tv for my grandkids to use in our garage. So far so good, but I thought insurance would be a good idea, and the price was right.

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

I was happy to see that my "open box" item (which was a Samsung 40" LED tcv) was eligible for best buy protection and was decently priced as well. So now I have that added level of comfort in knowing that if anything goes wrong with my TV Best Buy will fix or replace it... its always worth it especially when purchasing an open box item

The protection plan seemed like the thing to get especially after the price of the tv. I recommend getting the 2 year protection plan. I've read reviews saying that after about 2 months the tv goes out. hasn't happened to me but still its a precaution.

Definitely a must for big purchases for the peace of mind

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

I was very excited when the agent told me that am qualified for new TV and I will also get a refund for the difference in price.

The agents mounted new set to existing mount, set up and walked thru basic operations and functions. Saved a bunch of frustration using Geek Squad

Yes a must have for any investment! Theres also a membership you can get for geek squad on all your items instead of buying them individually with each item.

I’m very happy with there service very friendly and helpful best customer service I’ve ever had they really know how to keep there customers happy. Just wish there warranty prices was a little cheaper $500 for 5 year warranty for my oled c9 I think it’s a little steep

Haven't had to use it yet but the claimed support problems are great and like the convenience of dealing with them through bestbuy. I'll update the review of I ever end up using this warranty for tv repair over time. Reasonable price for 3 yrs of coverage.

Hopefully i dont have to use it but i do like best buy geek squad protection, had to use it on a previous tv and its nice to have
