I really like the Explorer service because I haven't had a bad experience with it yet as always worked out any issues that I came across great service that's always there the answer questions and give you help on your product

They came in and mounted my TV and did a real professionally asked me where I wanted it made sure the size and indications was all correct

Upgraded from a 55” and it was a great decision. Love it !

I hope to never use it on my resent purchase, but I did use it once on my 72" tv a few years ago and it paid off. They couldn't fix the tv so they replaced it with a brand new one. So worth getting the protection for a few hundreds than losing thousands of $.

I think everyone should get this protection from the Geek Squad. They are very good and attentive to your needs. They absolutely know what they are doing and do their job well!! I'm glad I have this! I'm not sure many people know of this or not but best buy warranties are one if not the only warranty that'll cover dead pixels AND burn in! I got an amazing deal on a 5-year plan and wouldn't have bought the TV without it!!!

Hope not to use it, but its good to know it is there.

After almost 2 years, my 49' TCL TV, tilted up. Took the TV to the store and after a week they gave me the credit of the total cost of the TV because it was definately gone. I just used the credit for a new 50' TCL TV and took the 5 year guarantee. They are the best.

When making a major purchase I thought it was a good idea to have the geek squad warranty as well since the geek squad service has been so reliable I think I was a good idea to have the warranty also I'm very happy with Best buy and The geek squad team

It’s always nice to have that extra peace of mind for any of life’s unecpected moments. 5 years is definitely worth the extra cost.

Purchased 5 year warranty that was to expire in Dec 2020 when we bought our Visio television in 2015 and we started having trouble with other and the company sent by the Geek Squad couldn’t fix it we got a 65” Visio and repurchased a new warranty on the new tv

Usable and easy to apply it to get the help that you need. Just remember that it is concurrent with a manufacturer warranty.

Peace of mind. Hope I never have to use it. Shouldn't really have to purchase it, but to many things seem to be made to break down in this throw away society we live in. Really hard to rate until it is needed which of course I hope never happens.
