Great protection plan! It gives me peace of mind knowing my TV is covered if something happens. I think it's worth the extra cost and would recommend it to anyone buying a new TV.

I can’t say enough about Best Buy, there knowledge on electronics supersedes their competition. Our son worked for Best Buy and continued his career with the United States Navy specializing in, you guessed it! Electronics, I always purchase the Geek Squad protection, it just makes good sense, if they can’t fix it, they replace the product!! You can’t rest assured when, or I can rest easy when the grandkids are over, kidding, why not buy this plan, it’s so affordable, pennies on the dollar. You get top notch techs and that should mean something, it does to me.

This process has always been so easy. And the best part, each time I shop here, I ALWAYS find a deal. Weather It’s a 10$ or 100$ savings, it always helps! Just bought a new tv I would’ve payed 449$ elsewhere! I got it WITH geek squad for 299$!

Love this tv as it has a bright and colorful display with deep blacks given it’s an OLED. Supports for PS5 was a must and this was a solid choice. Alexa doesn't turn on/off the tv however. Does work with smart cameras. If only Best Buy and Geek Squad had sent a notification email about the 60 day extended warranty limit from the day the Warentee I purchased ran out I would be stuck without any Warentee on this investment.

BOUGHT A OPEN BOX TV.. TV DIDNT COME WITH THE STAND, GOT THE UNIVERSAL STAND BUT I DIDNT LIKE THEM.. LUCKILY I WAS ABLE TO FIND THE ORIGINAL STAND LOCALLY.. THE TV IS AWESOME, CONSIDERING THE DEAL WE GOT.. PLUS THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY IS AWESOME

Closes TV to an OLED I've seen, just got to mess around with some of the setting to get the highlights and darks balanced out and you will be blown away with the how deep the contrast and colors are. This TV replaces my 2017 65" LG OLED in the living room that's how good this TCL is.

He couldn’t help me make my ancient iPad work like a newer version but he tried his best he was patient with me and ultimately it was just an old model iPad that was so old it couldn’t be updated I’m not going to lace the blame on him because it was just too old of a device
