I bought this TV December 31st, 2014. Still works fine. You get what you pay for and I think I got a good deal. You have to fiddle with the settings at first but once you find a configuration you like you're set. It comes with its own presets but I don't care for them. Not mind blowing but its a good picture. I watch 1080 movies and play Xbox 360 (720) and have no complaints. 5 stars if I could access Netflix through the TV. If you're on a budget like me you're getting your monies worth and then some.

Does what it's supposed to! Been holding onto a 50lbs TV we move around all the time to point the TV from the living room to the dining room! Thing is worth every penny

Honestly can’t go wrong with the Protecrion Plan and the Geek Squad!

I haven’t had to use the service yet, and only felt I needed it due to the nature of OLED screens. Hopefully if the time comes I need to use it, there won’t be any additional problems.

Geek squad has helped us a few times when we had problems with a device.

Good tv and brand. Had my other 55” going on 5 years. This one however stopped working after 3months. Geek squad came out determined it was the screen itself and couldn’t be fixed, but with my warranty i can still return it. Good to have.

I have not needed to use this, but the piece of mind I have makes it worth it.

Our first large screen TV developed an issue after only 3 years. It had to be replaced. The last two years, we had multiple visits from Geek Squad trying to keep TV working. Finally bought a new one and bought this program because large screens not as reliable and require more maintenance....

Great method of getting peace of mind for your expensive TV purchase. The burn-in coverage is something unique when it comes to warranties offered by established sellers.

I love that it is wireless and no cartridges. I can see when it is low on ink!

Best Buy has the best in damage protection. If I've ever had an issue they either fix, replace or refund. THAT'S why i always buy the piercing plans from them on my expensive items.

I bought this for my mother when she had her new TV set up. She has already used it and the service has been great. I think they helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the TV and have helped with other functional things she did not know how to do. Very happy with service.
