THE AGENT CAME TO SEE WHAT MY ISSUE WAS WITH MY TV HE WAS EXCELLENT IN EXPLAINING THE ISSUES BEFORE ME AND WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ALL ,I DID HAVE TO UPDATE A FEW THINGS SO I HAD PRE-PURCHASED THE POSSIBLE ISSUE ITEMS AND WAS A GOOD THING CAUSE WE DID USE THEM AND DIDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK ALL DONE IN ONE VISIT,

This is a great plan and is definitely worth the money. My last TV died after two and a half years and it was replaced for only $10 more because it could not be repaired. GET THIS PLAN WHEN YOU GET ANOTHER TV, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I had taken Greek Squad protection plan for my 43inch samsung tv. Everything went smooth and easy with protection plan when i hd issues with my TV and exchanged with new tv which is working great so far

Have not needed it yet but I feel secure that I have it Had Samsung 70” after 19 months it crapped out n I didn’t have Geek warranty it was never sold to me at the time

I would suggest buying this coverage for expensive items such as TVs, laptops, cameras, etc. and for open box items. No need to buy it if you are pretty careful with your devices and if you are on budget, except for TVs which might give up at any time of its lifetime. Other devices might have a manufacturer's warranty, but if you can afford it, I would suggest still buy it for peace of mind.

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

The Geek Squad did a thorough job of analyzing my TV’s odd behavior and recommended a replacement TV. I called the next day and they set up an appointment for a home visit. They were on time and very knowledgeable.
