Directly asked question, “Is the support for computer help local?” I was told ‘yes’ as long as it is within hours of local store. This is NOT true and getting a local person from the US is a challenge. Do not appreciate getting bad information. I would not of purchased this coverage. Once I got local support, it was pleasant and helpful.

I took my laptop to be fixed and they were able to fix and good to go.

This is the first laptop in awhile, maybe ever, that has the build quality of a Mac but runs Windows.
