Quality Service - Not So Much

First problem was fixed by re-installing Windows 10 (I have MS automatic updates so I have to believe this was not necessary). Second problem was not addressed so I had to leave the AIO so that could be researched. It was not fixed as the Squad stated there is a known problem when going from Windows 8 (?) to Windows 10. Note: this problem was not happening for over a year after upgrading to Windows 10. When I got the AIO home, I found I could NOT get to any of my data files. This was resolved by a 30 minute phone call to the 1-800 squad (I had to copy all of my data folders and files into a new location. I had to reload ITunes and several online games.
