good product and excellent use of time in completing the order

Good to have in the middle of the night if you have an issue.

The geeks squad is knowledgeable, but you have to get to the store early and set an appointment first to see them. Some times they try to up sell you things or services you may not need. Get an appointment in the middle of the week when they have time to really talk and help.

Everything went ok. Had some issues, but everything ok now.

It was all good they did what needed to get us up and runing .

Recommend this laptop to anyone who is familiar with computers.

Protection plan is fine. In my opinion the speed to resolve questions or issues are concerning. Phone communication is non-existent unless you speak with the stores customer service department. If you have time, lots of time to wait, then the protection service would be good to have.
