    Wait times are very long. 2-3 hours for tech to start.webroot installed remotely overnight went well but request for add network ended out disconnecting the working network. Couldn’t talk directly to tech. You get put in a remote control screen queue.

    I purchased the first time I bought my laptop. Didn't realize it would cost $200 again because I let the subscription lapse. We felt we needed to have the protection/service but it seems like you should get a better deal if you're a customer already.

    Not completely impressed. Computer still not 100%. Have taken it in to use Geek Squad twice and was charged twice to have info backed up. Was told by employee that "he would not have purchased the laptop I have..." Not helpful and his opinion on my purchase from two years prior was not asked for. He was not helpful or useful with telling me what was wrong and when I pointed out they did the same "fix" twice in 6 weeks, he said I should just buy a new laptop. Maybe my expectations of Geek Squad are too high. I could have had a kid on the street troubleshoot for less hassle. My business when I do purchase a new laptop is likely not to be with Best Buy.
