It's wonderful to have peace of mind with the service agreement for my computer and tablet. I can get tune ups and glitches fixed and possible viruses corrected because of having the coverage.

Kenneth at the Simsbury store is personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me work my way through a number of tech problems. I cannot say enough good about the service I received!

Geeksquad is great depending on what store you go to, Pallisades Mall Nyack has the best guys, everywhere else has been extremely dissappointing. Dont go to Yonkers NY geek squad EVER

The geeks have gotten me out of trouble more times than I care to admit. It’s pretty cool the way they take control of your computer and let you sit back, relax, and watch the action.

When we brought in our desktop to find out what problems it had,Tyler was the guy who talked to us. He seemed to know a lot about computers and we felt confident he knew what he was doing.

We had a quick and positive response from the Geek Squad when our Surface Pro Keyboard decided not to work. It was Saturday and my wife was traveling on Monday. The problem was resolved. All went well thanks to the Geek Squad.

I am fairly computer savvy but I like that the Geek Squad has my back. When an issue stumps me or I just don't have time to fiddle with an issue they are there and can capably fix my problems.

The 24/7 Geek Squad service and support contract would be a good deal if it only covered one computer, but it covers three computers! It should be considered essential to all Best Buy customers.

Excellent computer. The Apple MacBook Pro is much easier to use than any Microsoft operating system. It is almost "intuitive". So far it has been trouble free. And viruses have not been A problem.
