I had an excellent experience with the geek squad in store, however the online experience leaves lot to be desired they do not seem to have the knowledge that the reps. in store have or maybe it Is because you can't hear the responses nor understand what they are asking or how to do what they need you to do, However the instore agents are so accommodating and I will take my PC in store when possible
