The skill level of people coming out to the home is so much higher then in-store support, that I am reluctant to bring any piece of equipment into the store for fear that it will require a follow up service call to my home to fully correct/complete the required service requested. This was last experience...not a pleasant one, and it increased the lemgh of time to truly resolve the problem.

They tried to help with our old computer. Discussed options and chose new computer with service

The Geek Squad did a nice job setting up my son's laptop and its nice to know they are there for him

Had a little trouble getting some software on the computer delaying me being able to get it in hand but has been great
