Their automated call system has nothing to do with what is happening with your computer Was called to pick up, went in needed another day. Picked up web root was not installed nor previous antivirus taken off. Again was called to pickup and not ready. Voiced this to a tech, he said they knew it was a problem. No sorry for the inconvenience of two separate trips.

As always, the Geek Squad didn’t disappoint. They hung my TV perfectly.

I have not had any problems all year with my computer and being online.

The Geek Squad service provide access to knowledgeable people but there are circumstances (software installs and backups) which still require additional out-of-pocket costs. This is very frustrating after paying up front to protect multiple devices for 3 years. Also, it really isn't 24X7 support. You can only access a live person when your local store is open.

Associates were very knowledgeable and directed me on how to proceed with my purchase.

Updated when time ran out on previous contract. Received great service in the past.
