Customer Ratings & Reviews

Haven't had to use it for this product but it's a comfort to have it in case something goes wrong in the first couple years of ownership. Have used Geek Squad in the past and they've been very helpful.

I now have a protection plan on my product which reassures me that if in case it is damaged it will be either replaced or repaired

Love having the support when I need it! I highly recommend purchasing this when buying a laptop

Great for piece of mind! Price was right, too. Previous experience with Geek Squad has been positive.

I always purchase a Geek Squad Service Plan with all technology products. I love the excellent support always provided. They were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

So far so good. There has been no need to utilize this product as of January 25th.

I purchased the 1 year Accidental Geek Squad Protection for my son's HP Pavilion Laptop. I suggest always purchase a protection plan for all of your electronics.

Excellent service. Easy to use, and quick response

This was a very necessary purchase. It will help in the event something happens. I purchase things like this because you never know when you might need it.

Two more years baby, you gotta love that! Make sure you always get this.

Having this pre-installed was a time & stress saver. Geek Squad also transferred all of my files & folders from my old pc to my new one. When I picked up my pc from them it was ready to use.

Must have product when you get with your laptop on Bestbuy
