They offer repairs for little to know cost, depending on what needs to be repaired. They offer discounts on some purchase's warranty. And etc.

Amazing for work and school. Love touch screen feature

I decided to buy it, not only because it does cover accidents, but it also covers component, Gpus. fans, ram, motherboard, hdd and ssd, hopefully i won't need to use, but it's nice to know I have it.

Geek squad is such a great thing to have. This is my second time purchasing an item with geek squad protection. Can’t buy an item without it!

The Geek Squad actually helps. These professionals are trained. I like how they ease my worries and explain what the issue is and how it’ll be fixed.

We have used this protection plan numerous times on everything from our laptop to free installation on a new dishwasher. In the end we saved a lot of money.

Worth it due to any electronic if they stop working or something does not seem right.

I have not needed to use Geek Squad services with my current laptop, but I have received excellent value in the past by getting a free replacement of a laptop that died in just a few months.

Must have for any electronic. My computer died and I received a new one. I must have received a defected one that wasn’t caught before leaving the manufacturer.

I love having the Geek Squad protection plan! It is comforting in knowing that I can come to get help when something might go wrong with my laptop. I think it a security net everyone should have!

the protection plan was recommended by the sales associate, it seemed like a good deal with his chart he had with lots of info on it. it's basically insurance, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it...

Love this laptop ultra sleek and converts from laptop to tablet and love the touch screen function as well

We have used the geek squad on almost every piece of electronics we have purchased and they have done a great job. Great service totally worth the money!!

This was very great because I have kids and in the past they have spilled things on my older computers. Recommend if you have kids or you yourself are clumsy.

Given that it is always possible for an accident to happen, why take a chance on having something happen to one’s expensive computer. Buy the protection.

Haven't had to use it yet but, my granddaughter does like to touch it when I forget to put it up. I know that it is something I may need in the future.

My computer is working great. I have not had to use my accidental Greek Squad protection yet. It gives me peace of mind that I have protection if needed.

A must-have for all of the valuable electronic equipment. Needed in case of an accident!!
