It’s always good to have good protection on your products

I love that if its dropped and breaks, I can get a new laptop, I mean, it's a laptop...the possibility that it falls off your lap is alot more than a desktop falling off your desk...lol

Had appt to have webroot down loaded on new laptop.i had to wait 25 min. Which took up my hour so tech put webroot on but next appt came & i was dismissed and he never even put my emails on. Not happy!

Like the services they provide very hepful stand behind there warranty

I have used them before. For the most part they are pretty good, but some of the people they send out to the house are rude and unfriendly.

Happy I bought it. I am accident prone and fear I will spill on it

Haven't used the service yet but I feel much better knowing I'm protected in a bad situation.

Definitely recommend getting in case you still water or drop your laptop or damage your laptop anyway you can get a replacement or get it fixxed
