Only needed it for the one year since my computer and printer stays in one place only, so didn't have to worry about anything happening.

There has not been any need to use the protection plan but it does cover good things.

Accident protection is great for laptops but it isn't worth having for a TV. You don't realize that it doesn't cover broken Tvs unless you read carefully

Definitely something I would consider investing in if you have a laptop. However, I sent my Chromebook in multiple times to fix the touch screen. The times varied and they never fixed my screen.

Haven't had to use it yet, but the user is a 13 year old girl who has broken every phone she has ever had. I wanted to make sure this was protected.
