[Employee of bestbuy] I decided to spend a little more this time and I am glad I did! You can tell this laptop is just made better, my last few were more flimsey and just more creekey with noises when opening and closing the lid, etc. This one is solid and feels well made. I also love the specs! I can play any of my games at best settings and it handles with ease!

I recommend getting this if you're buying expensive electronics. I bought this with my Razer Blade 15 laptop, which cost $2000. I was skeptical to get this at first, but I did anyway. After a year, my laptop develop 1 dead pixel. Geek Squad didn't agree to repair it because they would onlydo it if there are at least 3 dead pixels. I sent my laptop to Razer. It came back with the issue fixed, but now with a trackpad issue. I brought it to Geek Squad again, but this time, somehow the system doesn't let them send out my laptop for repair. I believe it was because they didn't have the replacement parts from Razer. So they gave me a full refund of the laptop. Although I was unhappy at first that they weren't able to repair my laptop (due to it being Razer), I was happy to get a full refund. Now I can use that to buy another laptop. And I would get this Geek Squad protection again.

I got this computer months ago, no major issues yet, so no need for me to call Geek Squad for customer service. I’m sure that if it ever happens, though, they’ll be there to help me out.

Geek squad was absolutely Fantastic when working on my ASUS ROG laptop. I needed a mother board replacement after screwing up my audio Jack and they took it in no questions asked, I just had to give a description of when happened and needed fixing and they took care of it for me. They replaced the board, and had it back to me within a week or so. Even giving me instructions on how to reset up my windows. Fantastic customer service 0 differences from when I took it in to getting it back (performance wise) Really fast return rate I genuinely don’t have any complaints, thank you geek squad!

I didn't even know we payed the coverage!! We lost the airpods less than 2 weeks of purchasing and my son just jumped into the pool after he graduated with his Iphone . So I hope n pray resolving these issues are easy peezy

my tablet wasn't working so when I brought it in I was able to get a full refund in store credit which I used to get a fabulous new laptop

The store employee at the Aiea location had explained everything out, perfectly clear! He had explained to me about the product I was purchasing and that I should add a 1 year warranty on it; just in case anything happens to my laptop

Geek squad service is a pretty cool service. The ability to have that service available and worked on while your there is great.

Definitely came in handy with fixing my computer after it was taken out by viruses. The agents did a great job with addressing my concerns and helping to restore my information each time I came in. Absolutely would recommend this service!

I can use a computer, but fixing it is a whole different story. My laptop stopped work. I was very concerned because I homeschool and need to be able to access a lot of information and records. I took it to Geek Squad and they gave me a fairly long "possible" time. It actually took less than 1/2 the time quoted, and it turned out my battery was just completely dead, so it was replaced at no cost! I usually don't buy warranties but I'm super glad I did and that it worked out so well.

This warranty is one of the very best you can get.I love it.

My tech specialist transferred all data from my old desktop computer to my new laptop that I wanted to retain. He also helped me load a new program I had purchased to prepare the new years tax return for 2024. Then he spent time showing me how to use features on the laptop! He was very kind and knowledgeable. This hands on training was very helpful as I had never owned a laptop or touchscreen computer. The transition has been smooth with such great help.

I feel better having protection and it gives me peace of mind. It was a wise decision to purchase the Geek Squad Protection.

Okay, let's face it, some protection plans are better than others .... Best Buy's 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan is the best. How do I know? With nine children and fifteen grandchildren, electronics get dropped, cracked, wet, and taken by small children and momentarily used as toys. The "no hassle, no haggle" service has been my experience ... no matter what Best Buy Store I go to! If repair versus replacement can be done, the turnaround time has been faster than expected and the work has been thorough ... my items are returned is like new condition.

After purchasing HP laptop and an unfortunate accident with it i sought help from the Geek Squad and Regina provided me with the best service i could hope for. She is amazing and professional. She is patient, friendly and courteous at the same time and certainly knows the business very well to get the client the best service possible. I am very happy with the purchase and with the Geek Squad department in general but Regina seems to have all the answers and knows to relieve the client from any concerns. Thank you!

My parents got me a cheap but nice digital camera for Christmas when I was 16. The thing about it was, the slightest bump could jar the system inside and render it inoperable. After this happened to my camera and the screen on my sister's was cracked, they decided to buy us one more but with a Geek Squad protection plan on it. I myself have NEVER bought any of my electronics without getting Geek Squad protection. All four laptops that I have purchased in the last decade, digital cameras, my husband's PlayStation and VR equipment. There is just so many things that can happen to these things accidentally that Geek Squad covers and they have literally saved my life on so many occasions when it comes to fixing or replacing one of my things that have been broken.

I absolutely love my insurance policy from Best Buy! It gives me total peace of mind knowing my purchases are protected. The coverage is comprehensive, easy to use, and such a great value for my money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable and affordable product protection!

Geek squad was so ready to repair my laptop after i broke my screen. The support they give is immense. They mean what they say. It’s worth it
