I have a plan that covers everything. From slippage to dropping the computer. But geek squad says it doesn’t cover software? So they want to pay $105.00? So I asked where does it say software not covered. So we looked under policy and procedures and found nothing that has to do with software. And even yet the Greek Squad says software issues not covered! What a rip off. All for a laptop mouse pad!

Definitely well worth buying !! Everything I buy now i make sure I get the extra insurance I work way to hard to throw away money

Without a doubt, this is worth every penny! had a device Crash on me and they bent backward to correct the issue!
