Love it! I don't buy items unless they include protection. Even when I have had to use Geek Squad, their service is quick and efficient!

Geek squad protection is always good to have. You never know when you have an item that needs to be repaired or replaced.

Be warned this doesnt cover if there is a software malfunction on your computer, they will try and sell you the total tech coverage which is an additional $199. My laptop is a game software and windows 10 was overriding an update that the computer needed and they wanted to charge me for it after i had the geek squad protection. I was not happy need less to say after almost an hour my laptop was fixed and I didnt have to pay anything.

This is great for laptop protection and we have less worries about your laptop . This gives such a relaxation and is tension free .

I would definitely suggest getting Geek Squad Protection! Our cat broke one of the keys off 2 days after getting it, and they fixed it for zero cost and hassle.

Perfect for my local tech support if anything goes wrong with my computer I know I can go to any Best Buy and get my computer fixed. So happy they offer this service.

Bought this for my new laptop. But never ended up using them so can't really say whether they're good or not. It was nice to know though that I could call them up if something happens.

the agents came and fixed my printer as it some how got offline they did an excellent job.

What can I say? I buy everything at Best Buy for the support and product coverage! It has paid off on more than one occasion!
