Customer Ratings & Reviews

They helped me find the laptop I was looking for and told me the specs about the laptop.

Love this protection. Havnt had to use this one yet. But for the price of what it covers. Well worth it

It’s always good to have geek squad services, gives me some peace of mind.

We've already gotten good use out of this service for several devices.

Geek Squad are very helpful, courteous & accomadating.

The geek squad associate was not knowledgeable about the system and how the warranty works

I always get extended warranties on my products. New electronics don’t last very long or very expensive to fix.

I was not too worried about my computer knowing that it was protected

I think it be a good protection for your computer in case you drop it or spills are button missing

This is a "MUST HAVE" - the agents are very knowledgeable and friendly ...

Got it just in case, knock on wood never used them yet.

I always make sure to purchase the Geek Squad with any of my Best Buy purchases. The service is always good and easy.

These are generally better deals than at other stores: cost less, and you just have to bring it to the nearest BestBuy store to get your refund.

The protection plans look like a great deal. I hate having to worry about replacing parts or losing my laptop.

Geek squad is my squad! With industrial-strength kids we end up with a lot of things that "quit working"....

Great protection if you have a computer to laptop TV I'll recommend to have this
