    They checked determined right away that it was the computer not the user - hard drive crashed and immediately ordered a brand new replacement

    I think that when you buy something with this kind of price tag you better protect it because I know I would be devastated to lose this and just have no promise of having it fixed, although my charging cord did get mashed up and being a rated brand they didn’t have the replacement cord and told me to rebuy it and submit the receipt which is one more hoop than I wanted to jump through at this price tag
