Got this protection plan for my laptop but did not end up needinf it but better safe than sorry.

The geek squad are expert in diagnosing computer problems and are very customer focused

Worked with me very well. I went in and they got me a brand new one super quick.

I find this service to be a life saver everytime I get in a jam. Mostly use the online service to solve my problems. I have not found them unable to help me. The only problem is when I try to use the store now that we have Covid-19 issues. No it is not cheap but it keeps me from running to some store and leaving the computer to be picked up later. So I am keeping it in place unless I reduce myself to one new computer under warrenty and if I buy it at Best Buy at Christmas I get free Geek Squad service, or that is what it was two years ago.

Haven’t used it yet but just knowing that if anything were to happen it would be covered is nice to know

Geek squad stands by their warranty. Only thing i dont agree with os 5 days after purchase. The system broke and had to replace the whole system and i had to buy a new warranty for 80$. I feel the 2 year warranty should have transferred to new system. Or should have only had to pay the 5 days prorated to bring it back to 2 years.

Their customer service is great and using them is seamless when associated to my account.

Versatile between laptop and tablet. Awesome touch screen.

Absolutely worth purchasing the extended warranty. I have had my laptop for about two months, and my cat accidently jumped onto the screen, cracking it. Took it in to get it fixed and replaced within a week and a half. Great turnaround time and they kept me informed the entire time from shipping out, waiting for new screen, and shipping it back to the store for pickup.

This product is really amazing!! I loved!! I sure recommend to everyone!!

In the long run you will save money if your product has to be replaced if you spill something on it or accidentally, drop your purchased items and break it. You can have your merchandise replaced without paying anything. My 1-Year Protection Plan has definitely saved me money in the long run. Think twice before, walking out the store without FIRST purchasing your 1-Year Protection Plan. Take it from me its worth having.
