Excellent coverage. I recommend everyone to get this insurance when buying a new laptop

Purchased with a laptop for my son. Service has been used to repair a screen damaged so well worth the cost.

I will never buy a protect unless I buy the protection. They cover exactly what they say. Never had an issue

I appreciate the comfort knowing that this support system is in place.

Does what I expect. I had to file a claim on a device Best Buy honored it no questions ask was able to get the next model up with paying the difference

I haven't had to use this warranty yet, but knowing I have it makes me feel good.

Nice peace of mind, always nice to know that the pros at the geek squad have my back.

Nice to have with the manufacturer warranty as well!

Acceptable laptop for the money. Just enough for basic skills.

I'm glad I bought this accident protection because I'm very busy and sometimes I have accidents

I guess I haven’t had to use the Geek squad protection yet. But I’m sure it will come in handy.

A must have these days due to the high costs of repairs. Geek Squad Protection has always seemed to pay off for past purchases.

Working very good for me at this time since I am using less than a month now.

It's two years of protection that hopefully will not be needed. If it is used, I'll report back here to review what/when/how and if it's indeed a good value.

Got my computer there fixed twice . Very convenient to use when u need help fixing the problem

Extra perk that was included in the purchase of my Chromebook. Will see how it plays out in the future.
