I have NO idea if the anti virus protection is installed on my lap top like they said they were doing. It doesn't ever tell me that a check was done and I don't even remember what the program is called. I was not impressed with them "pushing" this whole program on me to buy for about $300. It was total tech support but no one can understand English when you get on the phone and you wait forever so it's pointless.

i pretty much always get this on fairly expensive items...especially on items for mi kids

These squats pretty good. But one time I sent my laptop in and an arrow key fell off. They put in the space bar correctly, but the backlights were broken by the end of it, and the arrow up key fell off.

Haven't had to use this yet but I'm glad to know it's there if something decides to go haywire.

Good to know my device will be protected for a full year. Plan covers quite a bit. Worth the money.
