let me just say that the Geek Squad is the best they know what there doing Yes

Based on past experience, this has been a life saver for me especially having kids at home.

Purchased for a Sony Receiver. After 6 months, the receiver would go into protect mode after 5 minutes. I dropped of the receiver for service last month. Still waiting for the repair to complete. So for an extra $55 dollars, I am not sure it is worth it as the repair time is probably no quicker than the factory warranty would be.

This is my 2nd GSP plan and my hp has been fixed twice. there is a delay of about 2 weeks while its being fixed
