    It wasn't made clear to me that I bought only the accidental protection plan. BB has a 24/7 Geek squad plan that I thought was what I was buying. I didn't realize this until I tried to use it. Buyer beware I guess. I will be trying to upgrade my plan. If what you want is really only accidential protection, then this is ok.

    I brought my new laptop into Geek Squad because of a latency issue. And I was repeatedly told if it was hardware it would be covered but if the problem was software (and there was no way they could determine which it was) then I would be charged. So sending it off to be repaired although less than a month old, was a risk financially.
