    It was not clear to me that this coverage was limited when it came to the MAC and that I really needed to by additional Apple coverage for the screen. I did luck out because Apple waived the fee and fixed my screen for free but I did have to purchase an extended warranty with them. I would recommend this coverage to a friend by do advise to get all of the coverage and useage details.

    I have had both good and bad experiences with the Geek Squad. The level of service you receive greatly depends on getting connected to the right person on the phone or with the right agent in person. The good ones are very good and very helpful.
