Always always always get geek squad. If for nothing else the peace of mind is worth it alone. I got it when I bought an expensive laptop and I had no worries whatsoever.

had an issue with my laptop shortly after purchase. Something minor but I couldn't figure out why my computer wouldn't install windows 11. I took it back and they had it figured out in about 5 minutes. these guys know what they're doing. 100% worth to buy protection because it covers almost everything.

Two year protection is worth buying. If you travel with your laptop you never know when it is going to cause problems. A small biz person has to rely on their laptop. This is the third Surface I have owned.

I’ll always opt in for warranties now! My boyfriend’s Alienware laptop was junked out due to an issue with the motherboard. The very existance of the Geek Squad with my history of repairs, etc. made by them is a must for me to acquire a warranty for expensive acquisitions. It brings comfort in knowing that convenience and swiftness, as well as replacements, if necessary, is provided by the entire team no matter the store.

I have not needed to utilize the geek squad folks yet for the most recently purchased laptop. However, I have utilized the geek squad for other issues in the past and have found the technical service to be very effective in financially worth purchasing the protection with electronics such as laptops, portable HDD’s, and portable tablets etc.

Amazing Computer, Powerful , lightweight. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a Chromebook, specially if the end in mind a gift for kids, has a good budget a this is overall a really nice, functional Chromebook to have.
