Geeck squad is a must have when you have such expensive products that you never know when somthing might spill orthey might fall off the couch. Trust me i know. LoL

I brought my son an expensive and wanted to get his computer protected since it is for college and this plan seems well worth the money as it provides up to 1400 if his computer is broken and I paid 1900 so that is a great deal to have some of the cost replaced if I need it,

I always get the accidental warranty when it comes to something that is over 500 dollars. Best Buy has replaced many things I have spilled on and various tablets I have broken over the years.

Geek squad is always helpful to have. They normally are very helpful with regards to changes that need to be made.

So nice to know its there if I need it. I have it ready in case.

I have had every question I have asked answered promptly and professionally. When my new dog chewed a part of my cord that I wasn't able to get in your store the agent I spoke to told me exactly where to get it and what to ask for. Well worth the money in my opinion!

This absolutely saved me on my last computer. Almost two years later I dropped a dishwasher on my laptop (Don't ask). It was out of stock and so I got a gift card for the value to replace it and upgraded to the newer version of the laptop. I will always get this.

I haven’t had to use it but I love the peace of mind of knowing it’s there. I’d recommend this product!

The 3 year accidental damage warranty is always a good idea. One of our laptops was accidentally destroyed when a drink was knocked into it. It was replaced at no cost with no questions.

My son has a tendency of not taking of his things. I reviewed the extended warranty & I am delighted with the coverage.

Bought this to complement a open-box Surface Laptop. Have not had to use this yet, but in the past Best Buy support has swapped out prior laptops after multiple attempts to repair at their original value. So I expect the service to match my prior experience.

The best alternative is to buy the warranty and protect the equipment

So far I haven't had to contact the geek squad yet. I have used the geek squad in the past and they were always proficient and communicated so I could understand.

Love my laptop. Color and weight is awesome. I have had this laptop before and ky new onejis much better and up to date. HP is great and pirce was affordable.

Gamers are hard on computers. The Geek Squad had managed to salvage several accidents for us. Brought the three-year protection for the hardcore gamer in the family.

I like have this extra coverage from the Best Buy. They are very helpful.
