We bought it because so many refrigerators with built in icemakers/dispensers have problems down the road and Best Buy warranties only cost about half compared to bloated competitors.

Today the squad came out for a 3rd time, but still they don't have the correct parts ordered from "GE", and now scheduled for a 4th appointment. UNREAL!!!! Oh yes, and the window is always 7am-7pm -

Sometimes they are attentive and go above and beyond the call of duty while other times you’re sitting there for hours with no solution dealing with someone who really doesn’t know what they’re doing. It’s a 50-50.
