Having been a longtime Best Buy/Geek Squad customer, I see the value of their coverage. We decided to have our new refrigerator covered for 3 years.

The agents had to set up the refrigerator. Then it was not keeping cold so came back and took it out and replaced with another one. Very good service.

This items came just as i thought and we love it!!

Protection plans just make the most sense when you are spending a good price to begin with. There's no better feeling than knowing your investment is protected for an additional amount of time- in this case, 5 years!!

5 year service plan always a good idea on major appliances. I already it twice in one year.

Performs as advertised. Got a very good deal on it. The Best Buy staff was very helpful in this transaction. I wanted to make sure that our purchase was covered past of standard manufactures warranty.
