Be careful, the BB Protection Plans run concurrently with the manufacturer's. So when I purchased a 3 year plan, I assumed it would extend the manufacturer's plan of year by 3 more, so four year total. That is what I was also told by two different sales people. But no, it runs concurrently, so I actually payed for 3 additional years but am only getting 2, since by the terms of the agreement BB will submit warranty claims first to the manufacturer.

Geek Squad service is great. I got my answers when I had questions about the fridge and its functions. Techs are knowledgeable.

They are so friendly and the Manager always makes sure his customers get what they're looking for.

Have not had to use the warranty yet so I cannot comment on how well it would respond to a claim. I will say that the price for the 5 year warranty was $200. A 5 year warranty from Sears for the same refrigerator was $580.

Geek Squad is always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I would recommend purchasing a protection plan.
