great warranty program i have not being able to use it but they offer great services

I've had the Geek Squad Protection for other appliances and their service has been excellent.

This protection is always a good choice because it extends the warranty given by the manufacturer and we think it’s a good value or insurance.

I purchased a three-year warranty instead of the five year warranty I went into the store and it was very easy to change geeks one warranties are the best in the game

I was researching for a new freezer and stumbled across this on sale--at almost $150off regular price. Then, a few days after it was delivered it was reduced by another $20 so I marched back to Best Buy and received the additional reduction.

I purchased geek squad protection for all my products I purchased. I was recently disappointed when my dishwasher stopped working and I called to set up a service apt. There was no one on the geek squad team that could service my product. I don't see a point in paying for a protection/service plan if they don't have technicians on their team to service the products.

I bought this 5 year warranty because I've had problems in the past with other fridges and I'm glad I had it then, hopefully it will cover me now on this on if need be. Good price.

So far so good. Good tech support when needed. Hopefully they're able to assist me if and when my appliance falters,

helpful when needed and quick resolutions- so far no issues with product

Well worth the extra cost...guys were courteous, quick, professional and did any excellent job with unwrapping, installing and hooking up my new refridgerator!

Havent had to use yet but i never had an issue . I like that the olan is 5 yrs lowes went form5 yrs to 3yrs so wont be buying from them.

I am a major fan of protection for durable goods. Having purchased a refrigerator at a great value, I do not want to have to fix something, prematurely, out of pocket. Buying an extended warranty is always a smart idea.

Affordable and reliabl service, will call them when needed.

I highly recommend the extended warranty through Best Buy. It's affordable and they take care of issues immediately with your product. Hopefully it will never be needed but have peace of mind knowing it's there!

The Geek squad protection plan is a great product to get on your new purchase. It had save me a couple of times. Or i would had to pay for a expensive bill.
